Topics covered include credit reports and scores, how to develop a budget, understanding affordability, shopping for a mortgage loan, comparing good faith estimates, down payment assistance and mortgage programs for first time home buyers, how to work with a real estate agent along with agency and contract review, the importance of having a home inspection, closing process and life as a new homeowner. You only need to register once per household (up to three people). If your household is 2 or more people contact us at hello@nwhomepartners.org so that we know how many will be in attendance.
