      VIRTUAL Home Stretch – HUD/LIFT Approved Homebuyer Education Workshop 6/13/2020
      NeighborWorks Home Partners Virtual Office - 6/13/2020 8:30 AM
      This is our popular eight hour workshop created for participants interested in learning more about the path to homeownership, delivered in an online video conferencing format. Topics covered include credit reports and scores, how to develop a budget, understanding affordability, shopping for a mortgage loan, comparing good faith estimates, down payment assistance and mortgage programs for first time home buyers, how to work with a real estate agent along with agency and contract review, the importance of having a home inspection, closing process and life as a new homeowner. You only need to register once per household (up to two people). If your household is 2 or more people contact us at hello@nwhomepartners.org so that we know how many will be in attendance. In order to participate, you must have access to a computer/smartphone with video/audio capabilities, and a reliable internet connection. Registration for this event closes at 12 noon on Monday, June 8th.
